Service Area: We ship only within India (urban and rural addresses). Delivery outside India is not available at this time.

Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Standard delivery to your address takes about 8–10 working days (excluding public holidays). This estimate is based on our logistics partners' typical schedules.

Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies (this will be clearly shown at checkout). All applicable shipping costs and taxes are disclosed before you complete payment.

Logistics: We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, or similar) to deliver your orders. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. In case you are unavailable, they may attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or schedule a re-delivery. Kehri is not responsible for delivery delays caused by address errors or courier issues beyond our control (according to delivery service partner).

Damaged or Lost Packages: If a product arrives damaged or the package is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of damage for verification. We will arrange a refund or replacement as per our Return Policy.

Customs and Duties: Since we ship only domestically, no customs duties apply. The order total you pay includes any GST and shipping as indicated at checkout.
