Kehri takes care to ensure product quality. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly accept a return subject to these conditions:
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items damaged or defective during transit. All other sales (including change-of-mind, sizing issues, or used products) are non-returnable.
Time Frame: You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond 7 days cannot be accepted per our policy.
Condition of Returns: The product must be returned in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, and parts). Used or washed products, and any hygiene items (e.g. baby pads, undergarments), are not eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.
Customized Kits: Items labeled as "Customized" or "Made-to-Order" are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Return Process: To initiate a return, email contact@kehri.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description. Our customer care will guide you through the return shipping process. Please do not ship items back without our authorization.
Return Shipping: If the return is approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner at no additional cost to you. Please ensure the items are securely packed. If you send items via any other courier, Kehri will not be liable for loss or damage during transit.
Refunds: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.) used for purchase. Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
Partial Orders: If your order had multiple items and only some are returned, the refund applies only to the returned items.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel any order within 6 hours of placement by contacting us. Beyond 6 hours, cancellations are not allowed. For cancellations within 6 hours, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method, typically within 7 days.
Our policies comply with Indian e-commerce regulations. We clearly communicate our no-refund conditions for non-eligible items, as per Consumer Protection norms. We do not impose any unmentioned return charges, and refunds are always through the original payment method.
